5-10 working days is our standard production time.
What are your business hours and days of operation?
9:00 – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday
Do I have to go in person to place my order?
No, you can email us your image and info so we can process your request.
Do you supply the merchandise?
Yes, we carry hundreds of styles, colors, and brands. We do not use customer supplied merchandise.
Do you have samples I can see?
Yes, come by our showroom to view some of the merchandise we carry. We do not carry samples of all of the styles you see in our catalogs but samples can be ordered if needed.
Can I use images I find online? 
We can print any image you have designed yourself or have the written or expressed permission to use. We cannot print images that are trademark-protected or copyrighted. 
What type of art file format is required for the best print quality? 
To avoid art charges, please send art files in vector ready, or high resolution 300 dpi PDF, .
ai, .eps, tiff, .psd, .png, .jpg, .cdr or other similar high resolution format resolution quality images for printing.
Can you recreate my logo or do original art or design? 
Yes, we have a graphics department that charges a nominal fee.
How do I pay for my order? 
Credit card, company check, money order, cashier check or cash.
Can I pick up my merchandise? 
Yes, we offer to pick up during our normal hours of operation. We also ship merchandise.
